Real Deportivo Arizona, formerly known as FC Deportivo Arizona, is rapidly establishing itself as one of the premier youth soccer clubs in the state. The club is widely recognized for its unwavering commitment to excellence, both on and off the pitch.

In just a few short years, Real Deportivo Arizona has earned placement in prestigious platforms such as the Elite Academy League and National League Premier 1, while also securing multiple state championships. Our players continue to progress to the next level, with consistent commitments to NCAA collegiate programs across the country.

In 2026, the club was honored to receive an invitation to compete in the MLS NEXT Qualifiers, further validating the strength and trajectory of our program. We are also proud to announce our official affiliation with Real Salt Lake Arizona, creating a direct pathway for collaboration with MLS academy and homegrown development staff.

These partnerships significantly expand opportunities for player development and exposure. Under the guidance of Mike Kraus, Sporting Director of Real Salt Lake Arizona and former head coach at Grand Canyon University, our players benefit from strong collegiate and professional networks, as well as direct ties to Real Salt Lake.

Additionally, Real Deportivo Arizona has joined forces with Noel Castillo, a former professional player and USSF B Licensed coach, along with his club RDC. Noel Castillo will serve as Co-Director alongside current Director Steven Green (USSF B), helping lead and elevate the program to new heights.
